Speed Job Dating at Parc Vallès consolidates its second edition as a key meeting point for employment in the Vallès Occidental region

Parc Vallès hosted this Thursday the second edition of the Speed Job Dating “Anem per feina”, a fast-paced interview event that once again brought together candidates, companies, and local organizations in a dynamic and collaborative environment aimed at boosting local employment.

Held at the Central Plaza of the shopping and leisure park from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., the event continues to grow following the success of its first edition and reinforces its role as an innovative space connecting talent with job opportunities in the Vallès Occidental region.

An agile format to connect talent and companies

The Speed Job Dating allowed participants to take part in short 5 to 10-minute interviews with companies from sectors such as retail, hospitality, services, and other multi-sector industries. This format enables direct and efficient first contact between candidates and recruitment teams, streamlining the job search process.

Participating companies were able to meet a wide range of profiles in a single day, in a close and engaging environment that fosters networking and professional exchange.

Inclusive employment and commitment to the territory

This second edition placed special emphasis on inclusive hiring, with the participation of the Office for Diverse Capabilities and specialized organizations that helped highlight diverse career paths and promote equal opportunities in the labour market.

The event also involved key regional organizations such as Foment de Terrassa, CECOT, Pimec, LaFACT, the Chamber of Commerce of Terrassa, and the City Council of Terrassa, strengthening public-private collaboration in employment initiatives.

Guidance and training sessions throughout the day

Alongside the interviews, attendees were able to take part in a program of talks and information sessions led by experts, covering topics such as interview preparation, job searching, digital tools, artificial intelligence applied to employment, and training and career opportunities.

These sessions provided practical resources to improve employability and support participants in their professional development.

A growing project

With this second edition, Parc Vallès reaffirms its commitment to consolidating the Speed Job Dating as a reference initiative in the region, going beyond its commercial and leisure offer to become an active space for economic and social development.

The organization highlights the strong reception of the event and the participation of both companies and candidates, as well as the value of creating spaces that connect local talent with employment opportunities in the region.

The “Anem per feina” project thus continues to evolve as a platform connecting people, companies, and institutions, with the aim of further promoting quality employment in the Vallès Occidental.
